How can I choose 'Click & Collect' on the checkout?

Can I return my online order?

If you've received a product that's faulty, damaged, not as described, or doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry! We've got you covered. Just reach out to us, and we'll happily assist you! with returning the product. Once the product has been returned in good condition your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. NOTE: Please keep in mind, though, that if you simply change your mind after your purchase has left our premises, we won't be able to offer a refund on shipping costs and you will be responsible for the cost of return to us.

How do I update the instructions or gift card notes for my order?

If you forgot to include specific instructions or gift card notes with your order, don't worry. Just contact us at drinks@secretbottle.com.au and send us your detailed instructions as soon as possible, and we will add them to your order.

How long does it take to ship an order and for delivery to take place?

We usually handle orders in 1-2 days, and shipping with Australia Post typically takes 2-7 days depending on your location. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number details, allowing you to track your order. If you have ordered a personalised product, pre-order, or a product advised as being sent via our distribution centre then please allow an additional 1-3 days.

What do I do if I received an incorrect item?

If you've received an item that's different from what you've ordered, we're here to help. We'll arrange a return for the correct item to be sent out, or if you decide to keep the item you received, we may be able to offer a discount or refund a portion of the price. Absolutely! Personalising your bottle to make it a special gift is crucial, and we're here to ensure that your customisation request such as adding a name to the bottle is fulfilled. Simply follow the instructions below: 1. Navigate to the 'Gifts' tab and locate the Personalised Bottle section. Choose the type of liquor you'd love to order. 2. Once you've selected, dive into the customisation journey by clicking the "Add Monogram" button. Please wait a moment for this button to appear if you do not see it at first. 3. Be mindful of character limitations based on the bottle size when personalising. Note: If your name exceeds the bottle's space, don't worry! Reach out to us with the details for a personalised review. IMPORTANT: Once the personalisation process is underway, personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be changed. If you encounter any difficulty or have further requests, contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you in making your gift as personalised and special as intended.

What happens if the product I ordered is not available after my order has been placed?

We try to keep our website as up-to-date as possible however from time to time products become unavailable. If there is an issue with your order we promptly notify affected customers and offer several options: we can issue a full refund, wait for the product to be restocked (if an estimated restock date is available), or recommend a substitute product that matches the quality and price of the original item ordered. How do I change my delivery address?

To update your delivery address, just get in touch with us pronto! Send over the correct address along with any special instructions, like who the order should be addressed to. Make sure to do this before we ship out your order. Unfortunately, once it's on its way we can't tweak the shipping address.
