We don’t like to brag, but when it comes to striking the perfect balance between sweet and fruity our Pinot Noir knocks it out of the park.
Rich and broody in colour, our signature Pinot springs to life through Tasmanian home-grown ingredients like full-bodied Pinot grapes, peppery juniper and a blend of fragrant spices that may well be Tassie’s best-kept secret (Mum’s the word).
But there’s more to this surprising Noir than first meets the eye.
